Cameras on one of the region's motorways have broken records for the number of motorists caught speeding.

More than 5,000 drivers have been caught in just over 5 weeks speeding through roadworks on the M6 past Carlisle. It has a 50 miles per hour speed limit while the works take place. They're due to go on until April.
