SignPost uses deaf on-screen interpreters to provide the highest quality translation of content into BSL.

Research shows that the deaf community prefers translations to be done by deaf native language BSL users.

Our policy not only creates on-screen jobs for talented deaf people, it also ensures that the UK’s small number of qualified hearing BSL interpreters are free to do other work, providing access for deaf people in their daily lives.

We have our own full-time team of deaf interpreters - and can source deaf freelancers nationwide. We offer a customised choice of BSL translators and signing formats.
